Strength & Wellness Through Fitness

Improve posture, balance, alignment, flexibility, and strength while avoiding injuries and common pain syndromes. This course integrates body and mind principles from yoga, dance, pilates, T-Tapp and the Barr Method to provide a challenging workout. Wear loose comfortable attire, including tennis shoes or other flexible shoes. Please bring a mat, towel and stretch band (if you have one). Both classes are similar but with some differences, and both are recommended for the best results for your fitness. Class limited to 17 students. Impact level: Low; Intensity level: Low to High.
