Meditation is a natural and simple way to relax, let go of stress, develop your concentration and deepen your spiritual life. We will talk about what meditation is, when and how to practice, and what to do if you have trouble focusing. Research studies over the last few decades have shown meditation can help all areas of your life. We will be practicing a guided meditation at the end of each class.
