Spring Cooking

Join us this Spring as we provide junior chefs with the tools necessary to create, cook, and learn. Some of our past recipes include lemongrass meatballs with coconut rice, Thai chicken lettuce wraps, caramelized onions and mushroom risotto, and so many more delicious dishes! Our chefs never repeat recipes, so the classes are always new and exciting. With new recipes, our curriculum covers nutrition, seasonal cooking, knife skills, the purpose of core ingredients, and the many cultural aspects of food. Your junior chef will develop critical life skills, all while making new friends and having a blast!

Age Range: 6-13
