Interval-Training for Fitness

Interval Training is well documented as a great way to reduce fat and increase stamina! Plus, with resistance training added we also strengthen and tone our muscles. (We use our own bodyweight, and later optional use of various portable sanitized equipment - can bring your own or use those provided by instructor). It is a total body workout with an emphasis on the core. Get the energy of working out with a group while being instructed by an experienced and skilled personal fitness trainer. Sandy is also a massage therapist who knows the importance of training safely with good form, and will give modifications as needed for various fitness levels.
