POP Pilates is a combination of total body Pilates exercises with the attitude of choreographed dance to the beat of POP music, resulting in an intense workout that is FUN and effective. Students will be challenged to flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core, while leaving NO muscle untouched. Every exercise can be modified to fit the needs of the class participants. POP Pilates is where strength meets flexibility. Think highly-focused movements that leave your body toned and transformed. Come join me to get your body moving to the beat of the music for a total body, low impact, and sculpting workout that will set your core on fire and promote effortless mobility in everyday life. This format is designed for ALL LEVELS! You will feel stronger and recharged at the end of these classes! All you need to bring is your mat.
Please note that this is NOT a classical Pilates format - it's like a dance on the mat. We will follow all COVID-19 guidelines as well!
