Swyft Bodyweight HIIT Class

No need to be shy! This is a one-way Livestream so you will only see the instructor! Bring a towel, some water, and get ready to sweat and have fun! We've created our Swyft Online Experiences with a BODY+MIND focus on improving your overall physical, social, and mental health. We focus on Swyft 45 minute instructor-led HIIT (high-intensity interval training) group experiences maximizing your results together from home. HIIT is a training technique that alternates short, intense bursts of exercise with brief periods of rest using a combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercises to burn up to 500-600 calories in a single session, accelerating fat loss and building lean muscle. Classes enhance coordination and balance, developing muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance, each workout is carefully engineered for all fitness levels.
