POP Pilates with Kim

POP Pilates is inspired by classical Pilates, and it's a full-body cardio, strength, and flexibility workout using nothing but your own bodyweight and a yoga mat. Created by Youtube fitness instructor Cassey Ho of Blogilates, its "dance on the mat" - the program is entirely mat-based, although you do stand up during a few tracks. Movements flow rhythmically from one set to the next to upbeat, pop-style music. POP Pilates is where strength meets flexibility. Classes will be 45 minutes long and you can expect to work on developing a rock-solid core while leaving no muscle untouched. A perfect complement to your cardio regimen as you can take this class following Zumba with Kim or on its own. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle, and expect to take class barefoot.
