Yoga Wellness is a class focused on the integrity of our whole being. In this class, we will work on decompressing our bodies and our head space through mindful movements, breath work, and meditation. This class focuses on strengthening and lengthening our bodies through gentle movements, while working on our posture and mindfulness. This class is an all-levels class for those who would like to incorporate more mindful movements in their routine, or for those who wish to balance out their vigorous practices/exercises. Beginners welcome!
